2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that the browser stores on the user's device when visiting a website. They let us remember the user's choices (e.g. the cookie consent decision), perform anonymous traffic analytics or - with consent - measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.

3. Legal basis

We use cookies on the basis of Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Act of 12 July 2024 and Article 6(1) GDPR. Cookies that are strictly necessary do not require consent; the chat and analytics and marketing cookies are activated only with the user's voluntary and explicit consent given via the consent banner.

4. Cookie categories

4.1. Necessary cookies

Required for the site to work correctly - they store, among other things, your cookie decision (key kiran.consent.v1 in the browser's localStorage). Without them the site does not function properly, so they are always active and cannot be turned off.

4.2. Chat

The chat window you can use to message us. It runs on our own enuchat.com application and connects to the api.enuchat.com and mercure.enuchat.com servers. It sets no cookies - it stores the two identifiers listed in section 5 in the browser's local storage. We load the chat script only with your consent - without it the site does not connect to the chat server. You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings.

4.3. Analytics cookies

Used for anonymous measurement of traffic and behaviour on the site to help us improve it. Data is aggregated, IP addresses are anonymised and we do not profile individual users. Activated only with your consent - you can withdraw it at any time in the cookie settings.

4.4. Marketing cookies

Used to display tailored advertisements on other services and measure their effectiveness. May be set by our advertising partners (e.g. ad networks). Activated only with your consent.

5. List of cookies used on the site

As of the last update - the list is reviewed periodically.

All entries in the table are stored in the browser's local storage (localStorage), not as cookies. The chat identifiers appear only after you consent to the chat. The site does not currently use active analytics or marketing cookies. This policy describes the consent framework in case such tools are added in the future - in that case consent will be collected according to the rules described here.

7. Third-party cookies

Once you consent to the chat, your browser connects to the api.enuchat.com and mercure.enuchat.com servers, which belong to our enuchat.com application. If you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, third-party cookies may be set in your browser (e.g. from analytics providers). Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy - the list of active providers will be published in this policy when the relevant tools are activated.

With respect to personal data collected via cookies you have all rights granted by GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time). Details are in our Privacy policy.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time - every change is published on this page with the date of the last update. Material changes are additionally communicated by re-displaying the consent banner.
