Delivery guarantee terms

A standard website as a version for approval in 3 business days - or it’s free.

§ 1. General provisions

The delivery guarantee is given by Kiran Sp. z o.o., registered in Pruszków (05-808), ul. Działkowa 95/10, Poland, KRS 0000723560, NIP 5342580173, REGON 369709340 (hereinafter: "Kiran").
The guarantee applies to orders for a standard website as described in § 4, placed by clients of the website design & development service (hereinafter: the "Client").

Kiran delivers a version for approval to the Client within a maximum of 3 business days from the start described in § 3.
The version for approval is a working website, available at an address given to the Client, built from the materials provided and covering the agreed pages.
If Kiran does not deliver the version for approval within that time, the Client does not pay for building the website. Kiran completes the website in the agreed scope without a fee.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland. The start day is not counted towards the deadline.

To begin work Kiran needs the complete materials from which an initial version of the website can be built:
- a description of the website - what the business does, what should be on the site and which pages are needed,
- the photos to be used on the site,
- the logo,
- the basic details - business name, address, phone, email, opening hours and a description of the offer or services.
After receiving the materials Kiran checks them and either points out what is missing or confirms to the Client by email that the set is complete. The deadline runs from that confirmation ("we have the materials - the clock starts").
Materials sent or replaced after the start are treated as changes under § 5.

A standard website is a business website with a scope similar to the recent work we show. It includes:
- one language version,
- up to 20 pages, e.g. home, offer or services, about, gallery, news or blog, contact,
- photo galleries, a contact form, a map and a tap-to-call phone number,
- embedding a ready-made third-party booking or ordering system, if the Client uses one,
- a layout that fits phones, tablets and desktops,
- a cookie consent banner and the basic documents: a privacy policy and a cookie policy,
- preparation for search engines and AI assistants: meta descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and an llms.txt file,
- launch on Kiran hosting with an SSL certificate.
A standard website does not include, in particular:
- an online shop or online payments,
- user accounts, client portals and other custom-built features,
- additional language versions and translations,
- writing copy from scratch or taking photographs,
- migrating large content archives from an existing website.
Kiran also builds websites with a larger scope - the delivery date is then agreed individually and is not covered by the guarantee.

Once the version for approval has been delivered, the Client sends comments and corrections. Kiran makes them on an ongoing basis.
The 3 business day deadline applies to delivering the version for approval. Corrections, further changes and extensions of the website may take longer and are not covered by that deadline.

The guarantee does not apply if, after the start, the Client changes the scope of the website or the materials provided in a way that requires rebuilding the initial version.
Time spent waiting for the Client’s answer to a question without which work cannot continue is not counted towards the deadline.
The guarantee does not cover delays outside Kiran’s control, such as a domain transfer by the registrar or the unavailability of third-party systems the Client uses.
